Information for issuers

Pursuant to Art. 202 (8) of the Act, issuers of securities are obliged - within one month of the date on which the Central Depository commences its operations - to enter into an Issue Records Agreement with the Central Depository.

In addition, the Central Depository Pricelist (CDCP_fee_schedule.pdf), the Operating Manual (CDCP_operating_manual.pdf) are available in the Rules & Regulations section.
We would like to ask you to carefully read, print out and sign the enclosed draft agreement and send it to us at:

We would also like to inform you of the possibility to distribute extracts from the Issue Records to issuers via the ISB web application (Information Service Broker). If you are already using this system for communication with the Securities Centre, valid certificates will continue to be used for communication with the Central Depository after you sign the agreement.
